I stop here every Sunday after church. Slow service every time. No smiles on employees faces. Then we were handed half full polar swirls. Employee stated he won't fill them because he doesn't want to make a mess. Isn't that why they use the sleeves? One star because the ice cream IS good!
Is not usually crowded but service is very slow.

The service slow. The French fries were cold. The shrimp was way too overdone.
This A&W is slow and disorganized. It took 15 minutes to get a couple shakes. And they were very thin. Not very good.
